Gina Smith
I’m a Sales Strategist, Coach, and Trainer with 27+ years of award-winning experience in medical supply sales. Half of my career was spent in the field as a Sales Representative; the other half I served as a Regional Sales Director, where I carried responsibility for $150M in annual revenue and led top-performing teams across competitive markets.
That front-line grit and executive oversight taught me the two sides of sales success: the personal discipline of an individual contributor and the data-driven leadership that scales across teams. I bring both to every engagement.
Today, I work with organizations to strengthen their sales force using proven, data-driven tools that analyze individual performance, identify team gaps, and uncover growth opportunities. As a Certified Trainer with Eric Lofholm International and an Associate with Score More Sales, I deliver practical strategies that help sales professionals master their mindset and their skill
set—so revenue becomes repeatable.
